Delivery Information
Free next day delivery to Mainland UK (including Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man) for orders over £50 ordered before 4 pm, Monday to Friday. Orders under £50 will be charged £5.99.
 
For overseas orders, including the Channel Islands, please contact sales@atlastattoosupplies.com for a shipping quote.
Returns Policy
At Atlas Tattoo Supplies we have a comprehensive Returns Policy, allowing you to shop in complete peace of mind.
 
7 Day Return Policy
Returned goods which are not faulty or have not been sent in error will be credited at 75% of the original invoice value and must be returned to us unused, in a re-saleable condition and in the original packaging. Postage fees are non-refundable.

Terms and Conditions of Returns:
Products must be in the unused condition that you received them and in the original box and packaging.
All returns must have a completed Returns Form.
All returns must be sent by an insured, trackable delivery service.
When your refund is processed, the funds will be returned to the original payment method which may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds.
The 7-day Return Policy does not apply to items that are faulty/damaged – such items will need to be returned in accordance with our Damaged or Faulty Items

Damaged or Faulty Items Return Policy
In the unfortunate event that you receive a product from us that is damaged during delivery or defective, we will be happy to refund or replace at no cost to yourselves. We will issue a full refund (including postage) or a replacement at no additional cost. Please notify our Returns Department within 2 days of receipt by emailing proof of the issue to sales@atlastattoosupplies.com.

We may ask for images of the damage before issuing a refund or replacement.
